This superb, very spacious, detached and welcoming family property has quite outstanding views over the coastline, the open sea and the golf links. It is situated adjacent to the 9th green on Thurlestone Golf Course and has been extended to make two self contained houses sleeping 8 people in each. There are spacious lawned gardens to the front and rear of the property and parking for six cars. The magnificent views can be enjoyed from the living rooms and most bedrooms and the sandy beaches and the centre of the village are within easy walking distance. Thorpe Arnold Major and Thorpe Arnold Minor together sleep 16 and can be let together, availability permitting.

Outside: Large gardens both at the front and the back open between both properties.

Parking: Ample parking in drive.

Thorpe Arnold Major Accomodation:

Ground floor: Spacious living room comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, window seats, sailcloth beanbags, large flat screen TV/DVD, Mini HiFi with CD, open fireplace. Dining room with dining table to seat 16 (additional leaves available). Sliding patio doors to terrace and garden. Well equipped kitchen with built in electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hatchway to dining room. Utility/shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, walk-in shower cubicle,  basin, WC. Back door giving access to garden. First floor: Master bedroom with superking size bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes, stunning sea views. Bedroom 2: Sea facing twin bedroom with 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Second sea facing twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds (can be zip linked to form a double - please ask at time of booking if required) and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Rear facing twin bedroom with 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. All bedrooms have wash hand basins. Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Separate Shower room with basin and WC. 

Thorpe Arnold Minor Accommodation:

Ground floor: Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: Second ground floor twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower, plus shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Steps up to large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.First floor : Open plan living room beautifully furnished with large scrunchy sofas and armchairs, flat screen TV/DVD, patio doors to balcony, dining area with dining table  to seat eight.  Attractive fitted kitchen equipped with built in electric oven and ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks. En suite bathroom with bath and handheld shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Second floor: Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with superking size bed  (zip linked beds, can be split, please ask at time of booking) sea views.  En suite shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
