The magnificent views can be enjoyed from the living rooms and most bedrooms and the sandy beaches and the centre of the village are within easy walking distance. Thorpe Arnold Major and Thorpe Arnold Minor together sleep 16 and can be let together, availability permitting.

Outside: Large gardens both at the front and the back open between both properties.

Dining room with dining table to seat 16 (additional leaves available). Sliding patio doors to terrace and garden. Well equipped kitchen with built in electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hatchway to dining room. Utility/shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, walk-in shower cubicle,  basin, WC. Back door giving access to garden. First floor: Master bedroom with superking size bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes, stunning sea views. Bedroom 2: Sea facing twin bedroom with 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Second sea facing twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds (can be zip linked to form a double - please ask at time of booking if required) and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Rear facing twin bedroom with 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. All bedrooms have wash hand basins. Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Separate Shower room with basin and WC.
