“The cottage is in a great location, a 20 minute walk along the prom into Barmouth. The views from the patio are beautiful, particularly looking out to sea.The cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable with plenty of storage and all the amenities you could wish for.I would definitely recommend.”

“Morlais is a lovely cottage, very tastefully furnished and very cosy. It is extremely well equipped and the owners have really thought of everything. We have to mention the extremely comfortable bed and the sea view. Llanaber is very quiet at night. Its location is very convenient for exploring the area and Barmouth with shops, supermarket and plenty of parking is only a few minutes drive away. For local specialities we would recommend the Old Cheese Market on Castle Square in Harlech. The owners of Morlais are very helpful an we would certainly rent this cottage again.”

“Have visited Morlais with its lovely view several times. Only drawback is that there is no upstairs loo, as I do need to get up in the night. However Im prepared to put up with that for what is a a very relaxing and well presented property in one of my favourite places.”

“A beautiful cottage, surrounded by stunning views and is a perfect base for exploring the local area. Cottage is well equipped with everything that you will need. We would definitely return!”

“Very nice roomy cottage for two people, comfy bed and lounge sofa and chair. Kitchen well equipped. Great loungepatio view of the sea in a quiet location. The owners were very nice and recommended a few good places to visit and a few nice goodies on arrival. Its a lnice walk along front (about 20 mins) to main Barmouth town which we didnt mind. It is an uphill walk up to cottage from beach which was fine but may be a little demanding for some. We would absolutely stay here again if we come this way for holiday. We loved it!”

“A real home from home. Everything you need is catered for. Great base for exploring local walks and coast. The real test of an accommodation is whether you would book again, the answer is yes.”

“Lovey cottage, immaculately clean, very comfortable. Split level with bathroom on different level from bedroom (bit of a pain if like me you're up and down all night for the loo). Not quite as near to the sea as the pictures suggest.”

“We have just had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage! Very well equipped with everything you could need, absolutely stunning views from all rooms, particularly love the view from the lounge! Beautifully decorated and comfortable and warm lovely spacious bedroom with fab views of the sea, great garden to sit out in and take in the scenery.Good parking available just a little walk past the owners house.Very friendly and helpful owners who have obviously put so much care and thought into making this a stunning holiday home!Lovely touch to find treats left for us and the dogs Thank you. Beautiful walks around the area and a walkway available down to the beach.Love this cottage and can't wait to return.”

“The cottage was fantastic, and couldn't be faulted. The location, just a short walk down to the beach, was ideal, and the only reason for marking the amenities down was due to the time when we booked, with limited lock down in force and most restaurants closed for the winter season (it was early Jan). The hosts were great and would definitely recommend it for any pet loving couple who is looking for somewhere to relax, enjoy the view, and be close to the beach.”
