The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, upper sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with wood burning stove. Parking is included on the further side of the harbour about 5 minutes' walk away (luggage can be unloaded on the quay just below the cottage).
Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room area.
First Floor: Further sitting area with fabulous views over the harbour and out to sea, double bedroom & bathroom with over bath shower & WC.
Exterior: No exterior space.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via electric convector heaters and the wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & washer / dryer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen Freeview TV & DVD player. There is a radio, CD player and iPod Dock. There is an iron & ironing board. WiFi is available at the property.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Over the winter an initial scuttle of logs is provided for your arrival and further supplies can usually be obtained from the local Post Office. There is a parking permit available to guests staying at the property which entitles you to park 1 vehicle on the far side of the outer harbour either in the harbour-side car park or in any of the marked spaces beyond the aquarium and on the lighthouse pier. Regrettably no children are permitted at the property apart from babes in arms, but please note you would need to bring your own cot and high chair. No smoking or dogs are allowed at the property.
