Number Eleven is but a few paces from the main village quay right in the heart of St Mawes with restaurants, bars, shops and beaches on the doorstep. The views are stunning from all of the living areas and the owners have spared no expense to produce an exceptionally luxurious home for the perfect family holiday or stress free, out of season break for a couple.

Due to the proximity of the St Mawes bakery to No 11, light sleepers should note there can occasionally be some early morning noise as the fresh bread and pasties are taken to the shop at the harbour.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Hall, open plan kitchen, dining area with bay window seats and fabulous sea views. Single bedroom with en-suite dressing room and shower room & WC.

First Floor: Lounge with double doors to balcony with superb sea views. Twin bedroom, family bathroom with over bath shower & WC. Master double bedroom with super king size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite shower room & WC.

Second Floor: Twin bedroom with sea views and flatscreen TV.

Exterior: Balcony with external garden furniture.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via central heating. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. The lounge area has a large flat screen digital FreeviewTV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking is available either on the quay which is a few paces from Number Eleven or the main car park. Regrettably, no smoking is allowed and the property does not allow dogs. There is a cot & high chair available.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.

£400 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.

Discounts available for couples staying for 7 nights outside the peak season, using one bedroom only.
