Having undergone a complete refurbishment during the winter of 2018/19, Trevarrick House is a spacious 5 bedroom family home in an elevated position above the Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth with outstanding views across the harbour from Flushing to Pendennis Castle, with the Roseland Peninsula in the distance. Trevarrick really is a delightful house with enough space for families and groups of friends to spread out, yet within a short stroll of the town centre.

With off-street parking for 3 reasonable sized vehicles, the house is on a completely enclosed site, ideal for dog lovers who wish to bring their canine friends and walk the nearby coastal footpaths. The house itself is set out in reverse style with the open plan kitchen and living space on the first floor to take advantage of the outstanding and ever-changing views. There is a spectacular balcony on the first floor with even more incredible views if that is possible! The sitting room has plenty of space to relax with lovely big sofas for weary limbs and tall windows for more of those immense views. The fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing leisurely holiday meals, and the open plan design connects this to the dining area and sitting room so everyone can be together without being on top of each other. Perhaps the best bit of the house for adults is the basement snug room, which is just perfect for the younger generation to hide away, play games or watch TV. They can make plenty of noise down there without disturbing any relaxing adults upstairs! A quiet suntrap of a rear patio garden is also a perfect place to relax and enjoy a BBQ.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Enter through a bright, spacious porch into the spacious hall which also has doors leading to the rear courtyard. Off the hall is the master double bedroom with 6' bed, sea views and an ensuite shower room. A further second double bedroom has another 6' double bed and enjoys garden views and it's own en-suite shower room. Two further twin rooms, both with 3' single beds are off the hall as is the family bathroom with free standing bath, walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.

First Floor: The grand staircase leads to a large landing area opening into the open plan kitchen and living space with access to the balcony. To the rear of the first floor is a further double bedroom with 6' double bed (zip and link) and shower room with WC.

Lower Ground Floor: Snug room with sofas and TV.

Exterior: Rear patio garden and small lawn area to one side. A BBQ is available (charcoal not provided).

Facilities & Services

There is a gas central heating system. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted cupboards & granite worktops, a double electric oven and gas hob, there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and separate fridge & freezer. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble drier. The sitting room has a digital TV as does the snug. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a travel cot and high chair available.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for up to 3 cars on the drive. There is strictly no smoking. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs may stay at Trevarrick at a small additional price of £30 per dog per week. There is a high chair and cot available on request.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
