Reviews

“Great location it's on the promenade right next to the beach wonderful views. The house was well equipped spacious clean tidy modern to a high standard the balcony was fantastic to sit out on in the morning and evening. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My only criticism is that it needs a lick of paint outside and windows cleaned.”

“A beautiful home from home. Location fantastic, easy to get into Blackpool on the tram (the circus is a must!) and there was also enough to keep us entertained nearby. The Venue, Weatherspoons and the recommended Pulcinella were all fantastic. The gentleman in the 1st souvenir shop (just past the arcade) displayed the most amazing customer service would recommended getting any gifts for home etc from him.The games room was a big hit and kept us entertained throughout our stay. So much had been thought of: toys, books, games, TVs in all rooms and a kitchen equip enough to cook a roast for all 8 of us.My only observations for improvement the windows were rather dirty (I know that this cannot be helped due to location, but it wasn't a great 1st impression & it would be good if we could have walked the dogs straight into the garden, instead of through the house after being in the sea (maybe there was a key we missed).Overall, amazing. We don't ever go back to places, as we like to explore, but would definitely return here! Thank you.”

“A fantastic break with the family in a wonderful location. Seapoint House is beautiful, very spacious and ideally placed for enjoying the beach at Cleveleys (we had unseasonably brilliant weather) and close to Blackpool for the attractions. We have booked to come back next year and are planning a weekend break for the illuminations”

“We stayed at Seapoint House over the school half term break, just in time to encounter storms Eunice and Franklin! It offered us a safe haven and the perfect vantage point from which to watch the sea at its most dramatic. This is a lovely, lightfilled, spacious house which is ideal for a family seaside holiday. The location is perfect, with the beach and town centre within a few steps and plenty of offroad parking space. The property was spotlessly clean, wellequipped and well placed for a holiday which can be as lively or as quiet as you choose; with Blackpool ten minutes away by car. The views are unsurpassed and the owners are friendly, helpful and accessible. A great holiday, in spite of horrendous weather. Thank you.”

“Place was spotlessly clean. Nearer to everything than I thought, so many shops, cafes etc just around the corner. Directly opposite the beach and so many added extras like board games, games room, tv in every room, dishwasher. Absolutely loved Seapoint House.”

“We stayed at Seapoint last weekend for my mams 60th Birthday. We were absolutely over the moon with the house! The pictures dont do it justice at all. Its so big! The house is an ideal location, just a short tram ride into Blackpool and quiet as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The house is spotlessly clean and has every amenity you could want. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. We had a lovely meal in Joels restaurant on the Saturday evening and on the Sunday we got a takeaway from Dukes, the food from both was amazing. Cant recommend the house enough, we would definitely go back!”
