This open-plan top floor apartment is situated in the Market Place, a unique loft style property full of character perfect for a couple looking for something different. With it only being a stones throw away from the bustle of the town with amazing independent shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries, where you could easily spend the day exploring! You can access the roof terrace from the lounge where you can enjoy the view beyond the church across the bay to Hayle Towans, the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. When it comes to beaches you have several to choose from, soak up the atmosphere on the pretty St Ives Harbour beach or enjoy a stroll to one of the award-winning Blue Flag beaches of Porthminster or Porthmeor.

  • Changover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure - 10:00am.

“Lovely property with fantastic views and a lovely balconyterrace. Bathroom a bit awkward around the toilet and sink area because of the eaves, kept banging head but can't be helped due to shape of room. Nice that a few DVD's books and games were provided if required and especially good that there was an extension lead which was useful and required. Was very centrally located, lots of steps (but worth it for the views) so would definitely be a problem for those wit mobility issues. Lovely charming apartment and would definitely stay again for the location and the views.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Deck in April. The central location is wonderful, and during the off season there wasnt much noise in the evenings so we werent disturbed. The space is lovely, there are three different views of the sea, and the bed was particularly comfortable. Its a holiday home you really feel like you can live in, and is brilliant value for the location, so I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!”

“The Deck was an excellent, well presented property right in the centre of St Ives. There are lovely views from the property and despite its central location I found it very quiet. It was within a short walk of the train station, bus stops and Coast Path and it was very easy and inexpensive to get around Cornwall without a car. The Deck was a 5 minute stroll from excellent restaurants with fresh, local fish on the menu and superb views of the beach and the sea. The Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden were also close by. ”
