Situated in the pretty village of Thurlestone, Island View is a single storey bungalow that can sleep 4, with an additional single bed situated through the master bedroom. Within a short distance is the The Village Inn Pub, local convenience store and Post Office and some of the best family friendly beaches in the whole of South Devon, Thurlestone Sands, Leas Foot and Mouthwell Sands. Salcombe and Bigbury-on-Sea are also a short car ride away. From the rear aspect of the property, there are sea views of Burgh Island as well as the rolling countryside where there are many great areas to walk including the Coastal path. The property has a open plan kitchen, living and dining room with dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for a self catering holiday. Island View is also accepting two well behaved dogs so they don't have to be excluded from the family holiday. This property represents great value and location and will provide an ideal stay for those wishing to explore the vast coastlines and have fun at the sea

Kitchen and Utilities: Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher, washing machine

Entertainment:  Flat screen TV (28'') WiFi

Outside:  Outdoor furniture is provided on decked area. Small garden to the front, large grassed area to the front

Parking: One space is provided free of charge.

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. No Smoking. Two Pets allowed. Mobile Phone signal is strong. Please notify us on booking if you require the additional single bed to be made up.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
