“Perfect for me on my own wanting a quiet break. The Den is in a central location in Lynton so close to small supermarket, various eating places, churches RC and Anglican and very near to the cliff railway down to Lynmouth. The Den has been very well thought out and is beautiful in its simplicity. It was a wrench to have to leave it. Gary the housekeeper is great if you have any queries and is ready to 'sort out' any little glitches not that I found any! Already thinking about my 4th visit before the end of the year I hope.”

“Perfect for a person on their own wanting simplicity, yet comfort. Would also suit couple looking for somewhere special. Good central location perfect starting point for whatever you are seeking.”

“A great property for a short break for a couple. The position is very central and the lack of an outside area or views, are unimportant at this time of year. The provision of a parking ticket, which could be used at various local car parks, was very useful.”

“We are so pleased to have discovered such a perfect little hideaway, right in the center of one of the most beautiful part of the country. The weather has been a bit variable but that only adds to the charm as the landscape changes so much throughout. The last couple of days have been pure blue skies and a super end to our stay. Thank you so much for our stay at 'The Den' we hope to see you again soon.”
