“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, its location is ideal, it is well equipped, a little old fashioned but that didnt matter. The bed was very confortable, although could have done with being a few inches wider. That said we would go back for the view, the location nearby two excellent pubs and a great local grocery shop.”

“Small cottage. With everything we needed. Dehumidifier in bathroom needed to be moved out to use the toilet, a minor inconvenience. Badgers every night and squirrels everyday on the deck, amazing to sit and watch.”

“A lovely week. The cottage was well situated for what we wanted. Although everywhere is accessible due to the size of the island. The local wildlife at the particular cottage is fascinating. Red Squirrels, Blue Tits, Wrens, Robins and even a family of badgers walked onto the decking every evening. Just leave bananas for them and they will come. The cottage is well equipped internally and seating externally. Be prepared to climb the 30 steps to the cottage which is situated at the end of a row. Would fully revommend.”

“The location of this cottage is superb. Set high with views to the sea, we felt we were in a tree house! Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by birdsong. From the start we had visits from red squirrels, friendly blackbirds and to our delight, three badgers came to feed on our last evening. The cottage, while fairly basic, was clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed, decent towels and a good shower. Would definitely come again.”
