"We were 3 adults and had a wonderful stay in this very cute cottage. Great situation with everything on the island within easy reach. It was really clean, very comfortable and full of character. We would definitely recommend a stay in this cottage."

"This is a very pretty cottage in Niton very close to all amenities. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and very welcomingThe Kitchen was very well equipped with everythng that you need. The bathroom is downstairs but very clean and tidyThere are three principal sleeping areas the main bedroom is large and spacious there is another single bed room which if you are over 6 feet tall could be un comfortable to lie in but not a problem for us the upstairs sleeping area is in the loft space which you have to enter by way of some very steep stairs. The cottage has some every low ceilings so beware of your head. This is not a place for very young children steep stairs stone floor but for any other family OKThe major gripe is it is very noisy the cottage lies on the ,main road through the village and is in constant use so if you are outside in the court yard it was difficult to have a conversation also the parking could be a nightmare we really only used the cottage as a base to explore so from that point of view it was alright for us"

"Great location, in Niton. Can get to almost anywhere on the island in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the south east and south west coast. We were a family of 5 (3 grown up children) and the house was cosy for us. I think it would be a squeeze with 6 people. The fridge freezer is small, but the coop is 20 seconds away so we kept everything in their fridge and bought something every day, unless we went out to the pub (which is across the road!). Their is plenty of good walking nearby, including St Catherine's hill - the highest point on the island. Our favourite beach was Compton Bay, about 20 minutes away."
