Guest Comments

"Brilliant cottage with everything you need. The elderly couple next door are lovely. Very clean cottage and very comfortable. Great location, close to the beach. Big waves for surfing but not for swimming though as it's too dangerous. Great area for amazing walks too. Parking is across the road. Crossing the road is VERY dangerous so I wouldn't recommend the property if you have mobility problems or young children."

"We had a lovely week in this charming and comfortable cottage. Fantastic location for exploring the stunning Cleveland Way."

Gill, July 2021

"Only issue was the parking, that was located adjacent across a busy road on a "S" bend.If you had small children, l think it would be dangerous. Otherwise perfect."

Cliff, June 2021

"Sunnyside is a lovely period cottage set in a picturesque situation with its own pretty private garden. The cottage provided for all our needs and was very clean and comfortable. The neighbours, an elderly couple who have lived in the area most of their lives, provided valuable and interesting information about the area. Information provided by the owner was very helpful. We hope to book the cottage again in such a lovely area of the country.Joyce & Bernard"
