“This was the perfect place for me and my family to visit. Everything we needed was there and more. It was suitable for my severely disabled son which was amazing. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating and we couldnt have asked for more”

“Warleigh Lodge is a great place to stay, very comfortable with plenty of space and fantastic views from the conservatory. The pictures dont give justice to the size of Lodge. Bedrooms are spacious and separated from one another by other rooms. The lodge is secluded and very quiet and not disturbed by any noise from surrounding area or cars. The garden is dog friendly and fairly secure. Both our dogs spent all day just running around the lodge or playing on lawn.Local amenities are easily accessible. There is a Chinese takeaway a couple of minutes drive.Accessing Dartmoor is very easy. The internetbroadband is the only weak elementbut this is compensated by lodge having access to a strong mobile signal so we were able to tether our laptops to mobile network allowing streaming if necessary.A torch is recommended if arriving in the dark as when cloudy and no moonlight you need a torch. We couldnt flaw anything and as we enjoyed our stay immensely we would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. For us it was a 10 out of 10 experience.”

“The view from the lodge is spectacular come rain or shine and we had both. It was a joy to spend some down time here after a year of Covid restrictions. Very comfortable and cosy wonderful mattress in the master bedroom! Plenty of hot water to enjoy the spacious bath tub.For a perfect score we would want to see a family sized fridge freezer and somewhere to chill the wine!”
