“Great cottage, large, spacious, lots of equipment. Warm and peaceful. Beach is 5 minutes drive.”

“A lovely cottage and very well fitted out.”

“Visited in September 2020. A very comfortable cottage. Had a great time. Do check the chimney for birds nests though, before lighting the fire. Location is great and it's in a courtyard of some very attractive properties. Good size garden and ideal for dogs. Even with the wind howling and rain lashing down, it was warm and cosy. Nice to see horses and their owners going past the windows each day. Only about 5 minutes drive to shops. Very accommodating owner. We postponed our visit initially due to Covid and exchanged our dates for later in the year without any issues at all.”

“Beautiful secluded location close to all this beautiful area has to offer. The owner is friendly and helpful. The cottage is large and well equipped. The en suit bedroom is delightful! the other double would benefit from a new kingsize bed and mattress. Overall a beautiful peaceful holiday let I would stay again!”

“Lovely cottage within easy access of everything! Very comfortable and lovely and quiet. Very well equipped in the kitchen and our overall stay was enjoyable and relaxing!”
— Clare, 25 May 2021
“The cottage was very well appointed for selfcatering, it had everything you could possibly need and super clean. The only reason why I would not give top marks for comfort was the mattress on the big bed which was much softer than we are used to but otherwise the cottage is extremely comfortable. The owner could not have been more helpful. He took time to personally show us round the surrounding area which was beautiful. This property is perfectly located for anyone wishing to walk the south Devon coast path and be close to a beach. Would definitely recommend it.”

“Excellent cottage made to feel very welcomed by the owners. Beds very comfortable. Lovely area to visit. The dogs had a great time. Shame we had to cut the holiday short due to COVID19 Lockdown. We'll definitely be back in better times. Rate 10 out of 10 for everything. Thanks ”
