Guest Comments

"A super comfortable cottage in a super location, 10 min walk from National Trust Inverewe gardens. Lots of interesting places to visit with two Museums and numerous drives to stunning deserted beaches. Mountain scenery amazing. NC500 drivers never bothered us at some single track roads. Plenty of campervans driving the route for staycations. Never heard them in the huge cottage garden and it had patio furniture for alfresco nibbles and vino, so peaceful a place."

"Had a fantastic week at The Cottage. The photos don't do it justice - they do not pick up on the wonderful cosy and homely atmosphere of this lovely place. We are a family of two adults and two children aged 10 and 14 and there was ample room for us. The place is very clean and everything you need is provided down to kitchen foil and washing powder for the washing machine. The garden is huge and the view across the bay is one you wish you could bottle and bring home. This place is not super stylish and high tech but the home comforts, peace and quiet and superb views more than compensate. Roasters coffee van worth a visit (or two!), good local shop, pub does good ales and takeaway meals. Gairloch village a 10 minute drive away with a lovely museum and beach."

"A wonderful house in a splendid location. Owner is very helpful. Only downside is lack of Internet access and weak or no mobile phone signal depending on network."

"We had two cottages over two weeks our first was a little disappointing. However that was all about to change! We arrived at " The Cottage " And were met by the owner who showed us around and explained all we needed to know then left us to it. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Perfectly situated to explore this side of Scotland. The house was very clean and wanted for nothing, You could even cook a Sunday roast the kitchen was so well equipped."

"Lovely well equipped cottage. Near lovely bay, village shop. Shame no where to have an evening meal as hotel would only take residents. Coffee shop closed but there was a takeaway van down the road. Lots of lovely walks nearby."

"A fantastic holiday cottage. Well equipped, many extras including tea tray and biscuits on arrival and fresh garden flowers. Stunning loch views. Would highly recommend this cottage and definately want to book it again."
