Mark, August 2021

"Beautiful pink cottage by the sea. Delicious welcoming package made by owners. Fully equipped. Ideal base to explore surrounding islands and visit the sea only a mile down the road. Beaches cleanest and crystal clear. Dogs welcome on the beaches. Thoroughly recommend"

Becca, August 2021

"Had a very pleasant break in this lovely cottage, would highly recommend, the welcome pack was really a really nice gesture and enjoyed immensely by us, couldn’t fault the cottage and hope to visit again."

Doreen, July 2021

"The cottage was absolutely delightful, the location was perfect and the hosts were second to none. The cottages has everything you need and more, the gardens and views are spectacular. The local area was beautiful and we were lucky enough to stay on a week of warm and fine weather which just enhanced the scenery and the overall experience of this magical part of the country.Others have commented on the welcome pack of home made cake, marmalade and bread- as it is absolutely worthy of all of the remarks' and comments as it just made the "welcome" even more special. The overall holiday was one of the most relaxing times we have had for quite some time, and we will definitely return."

Nicola, June 2021

"Very comfortable, clean and neat cottage in very nice location only slightly spoilt by the fast traffic on the nearby road.Nearby beaches and view from cottage made for a very relaxing holiday.Very helpful and welcoming owners."

Robert, May 2021

"We had a very relaxing week in Dunultach Cottage. It was scrupulously clean, very comfortable and the lambs in the field kept us entertained for hours! Elizabeth and John were very accomodating and helpful with local information. They also left us a very tasty welcome pack including homemade bread and a delicious victoria sponge. We can't recommend this cottage highly enough, we will, hopefully, be able to return."

Rhoda, May 2021

"It’s hard not to love this cottage. The owner, Elizabeth, provides you with a very generous welcome basket, included in it is home baked bread and cake, this time it was a Victoria sponge, over 5 days I ate it all, bar a slither, which my wife stole from me! It was delish. This cottage was immaculately clean, spotless in fact, it is very comfortable and has everything within, to make anyones stay pleasurable, including a wood burner, all you need to do is light it, it is perfectly set up. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds comfy.Outside of the cottage is just perfect for sitting and watching the wildlife ( and listening to) and especially, the setting sun over the Paps of Jura, stunning. The cottage is ideally located for exploring Argyll and Kintyre, situated between Kennacraig and Tayinloan. Tarbert is 10/15 mins north, to the south Machrihanish and Campbelltown, 20 mins.As long as this cottage is available, my wife and I will book it every time we want to explore this area. One final point Elizabeth was at hand for any query, popping in to let us know that minor issues were being dealt with."

Derek, May 2021

"Elizabeth and John's welcome and hospitality were all that could be wished for. Elizabeth's baking in the welcome pack was scrumptious."

Tony, January 2021

"We had a lovely holiday after coming up for work related reasons. We brought the dog up so he wouldn’t be home alone and there was plenty of beautiful walks in the area. The views from the cottage alone was absolutely amazing and very cosy cottage for the price. The hosts was very lovely even though there was little meeting them just due to COVID restrictions. Overall great holiday and would love to return and recommend to anyone who loves great walks and view."

Connor, December 2020
