“In a good location, pleasant area for walking not to far Lytham St Anns would happily visit again.”

“We really enjoyed our holiday at Ivy House. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay has been thought of and the house has so much character. The welcome pack including choc's and wine was a real winner. Our fur baby loved the back garden and it was such a bonus that it was so secure. The only small niggle would be the slightly over grown shrubs. Especially outside the dinning room window as this did make the room rather dark, which was a shame. The area was quiet but still within reaching distance of so many attractions. After a week we still did not get to do everything we had planned.Ivy House is so unique and really worth a stay. We would love to return in the future.”
— Andrea, 5 October 2021
“We had a lovely stay, house is spacious, well equipped, great location. The only improvement for us would be the back garden needs tending too. It is very overgrown , and the paved areas also need cleaning.”
— Carol, 5 August 2021
