Ideally placed for visiting some of the Jurassic Coasts most treasured attractions, including Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport and West Bay, it is the ideal spot for walkers, fossil hunters and those just wishing to relax and take in the scenery. Enjoy walks from the doorstep, including direct access to the South West Coast Path which has over 250 miles of walks to be explored. Visit the local hotel restaurant or take a trip down into Lyme Regis and explore the pretty cobbled streets, which offer a great selection of shops, cafes and galleries. Being only minutes from a choice of beaches and the Devon border, you are sure to find plenty to do here whatever the weather. Stylishly presented and compact with everything you need for a comfortable stay, this single storey studio apartment is ideal for couples with a love of the outdoors. Steps and a shared pathway lead you from the parking to the single storey studio style property. The door brings you into a bright space overlooking the garden with countryside views beyond. Inside, the open plan property maximises the use of space with a cosy lounge/diner/bedroom, offering spots for reading on the sofas, enjoying light breakfasts or recharging your batteries. A handy kitchen adjoins the main room, and there is a separate shower room too. This studio apartment has a heat pump heating/cooling system. When the day is done a king size bed ensures a good night s sleep. Outside, the open terrace has unrivalled views of your surroundings, and you are welcome to explore the extensive shared grounds and use the shared outdoor pool from May to September. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge on site, and free parking for one car is subject to availability. Please note, access to the property is either down a set of outside stairs to the small courtyard or via a long flat path.

TV/DVD in lounge area. The property is heated by an air to air heat pump which can also act as an air cooler during the warmer summer months. 1 dog welcome. Open patio area to the front. 1 off road parking space approx. 30m from the property (subject to availability). Beach, pub and shop within walking distance. Shared outdoor heated pool (available April September, weather dependent). Regret no babies or children. Private water supply. The on site hotel is currently closed to non residents of the hotel (including the bar and restaurant) The outdoor pool is open to non residents of the hotel, guests can book a 50 minute slot each day for the pool (maximum 1 slot per household per day) there will be a non refundable payment of 2 per person, details of the booking system will be displayed in the property on arrival. This is until further notice and is beyond the owner's control. .
