The house is south facing and enjoys a high degree of privacy and is just within a mile off the coast and a two minute stroll from the coast path with its stunning vistas of the North Devon coastline. Much to see and do nearby with the beach at Bucks Mills offering opportunities for prawning fishing and rock pooling. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot there are also long sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude. Family attractions include The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets. In the evenings relax in the garden that can become a real sun trap or enjoy a meal at one of the many local pubs within a 10 minute drive.Play facility: outdoor table tennis table located on the terrace. As you enter the house leave muddy boots coats and surfboards in the boot room before continuing through to the stylish and spacious reception rooms.
