“Stayed in this very comfortable apartment with sea views from the living room. We were very lucky with the weather which made the stay even better. Used the trains for outings to Torquay, Exeter and Exmouth. There is a lovely theatre in Dawlish so we went there one evening. The flat is in an ideal location within the town so not far to walk to shops theatre or train station. The flat has all the equipment you could need and we didn't run out of mugs once because of the ample supply. This is the second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time.”

“The oven needed cleaning so I only gave 8 for cleanliness. Otherwise the flat is spacious warm and very comfortable. No need to bring towels was a big advantage, and the waste bin area convenient and clean. The view from the window is the big bonus to the property.We were a little out of season in February and found many of the local restaurants closed or only had a limited menu, but we managed. We ate in twice and the large TV was a bonus.As pensioners, we used the local bus service every day, saving us fuel, money and parking charges. Walking to the stop was only 5mins and the bus service was timely on the hour. Getting to Torquay, Paignton and Teignmouth was a lovely ride.”

“Great flat fully equipt, convenient for all transport links ,10min walk to the station and to the town for the shops . Parking good in dedicated space. The morning sun off the sea gives a great start to the day .the walks along the sea wall to Teignmouth and the Warren give views around the area and fresh air off the sea”

“Id recommend the apartment. It is very well presented, very spacious and very comfortable. The view to the sea is excellent and having a dedicated parking spot is really good. You will get regular train noise which may be more of an issue with windows open in the summer. It didnt bother me at all for the winter break. Dawlish is a pretty town. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the centre but there is very little traffic outside as the road ends close by. You maybe need to go to Teignmouth for eating out as there arent many restaurants in Dawlish (again, may be different in season), but its only minutes away by car or train. I would go back.”

“Its an apartment next to a rail track with fantastic views out to sea. Really liked the place.Lovely level access to the town and its facilities. A big consideration for me was that it is now at the opposite end of the sea wall to where they are making repairs so no early morning or late evening rude awakenings.”

“Fantastic seafront location, but adjacent to mainline railway. The railway was not a problem to us and it provided some interest, and I would definitely stay in the same accommodation if I was to revisit Dawlish.”
