The full-width balcony is a fantastic feature, and on good days extends the living space outside and provides even more impressive views of the open sea beyond the break water. In this special location you will struggle to decide whether to stroll into town for your evening meal, or to stay home and dine in style on your very own private outdoor terrace, overlooking the bustling harbour below.

Kittiwakes is a very well appointed and located apartment that will leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed, it is dressed with good quality furniture throughout and almost uniquely for Brixham, your allocated off road parking is right outside.

Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore.

The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler, which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

“Clean, warm, comfortable, bright and very well equipped with fabulous views over Brixham harbour and out to sea from the floortoceiling lounge windows and the balcony. Easy walk in to town and although a bit of a climb on the return we soon got used to it. Great to have the car parking space. A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.”

“Lovely apartment the view of course is just fantastic and the balcony means you can sit outside and drink it all in. Everything in the apartment worked as it should, it was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Certainly no worries about heating either, when the wind blew and rain rattled down, the accommodation was snug and warm. Wifi signal excellent.Yes the apartment is situation on top of hill (overlooking the harbour) but the view is well worth the legwork. If you have a large car, then you might consider the space to be 'tight' but honestly this is nitpicking, this is the perfect accommodation in a lovely, scenic, working harbour town. Can't wait to go back.”

The only issue was access,walking would be a problem if you have mobility restrictions, but parking outside apartment meant you have a choice to use car for up and down the steep hills.”

“Superb location, verry clean, big terrace and well equipped kitchen. We already booked again for next year as this property convinced us that self catering in such great accommodation and location is the best type of holliday for us.Fish market, restaurants, good take away and bakery, local Coop are just few steps down into the harbour.Terance so large and SE exposure that we were able to sunbathe from 7.00 am to 15.00 pm.Can't wait for next year's holliday!”
