To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with raised decked area with furniture. Pantgwyn is perfectly situated for families and friends to explore the stunning coast and the surrounding areas.

Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: There is one large step in the property between the hallway/family bedroom/lounge to the kitchen/shower room/ double bedroom, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. About the area: Llanon is a lovely village and is reputably the birthplace of the mother of St David, the patron saint of Wales. The village is a great base and is within easy reach of both the regency town of Aberaeron and the University town of Aberystwyth. Visitors to this area will find a local pub and shop, a nearby pebbly beach and Cardigan Bay, with the Wales Coast Path stretching in both directions.
