A well fitted kitchenette with breakfast bar is perfect for casual dining, and there is a table and chairs to sit four people. The lounge has a freesat TV and French doors that lead out to the balcony so you can enjoy the views over, the gardens, outdoor pool, Salcombe estuary and the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth.

This property is perfect for two people to explore Salcombe and it’s neighbouring villages and towns. Just a short walk away, take the ferry to East Portlemouth to relax on sandy beaches. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. No Pets. Strictly No Smoking. All bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own tea towels.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
