"Idyllic cottage tucked away in the middle of the seaside village of Moelfre. It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains."

The holiday cottage is well named due to its view across the sea to the Island of Seiriol, named after the 6th century Saint Seiriol, but maybe more affectionately known by locals as Puffin Island. There are also wonderful panoramic views of The Great Orme across Red Wharf Bay with Snowdonia in the background, from all the bedroom windows - what better way to start your day!

Amenities within walking distance. Note: Initial supply of kindling and logs, further supplies available locally. Note: There is a small ornamental pond in the garden and guests with young children should be aware of this. Note: the kitchen is low and easily reached by little ones.

About the area: Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
