Located in the centre of the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay, this cosy cottage boasts a sheltered terraced garden overlooking the river, perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the sunshine. The house also has a wood burner and underfloor, perfect for chillier evenings.

Cemaes Bay is always popular with holiday makers. There is something for everyone! The sandy bays, Traeth Mawr and Traeth Bach (Big beach and Little beach in Welsh) are just a short stroll from the house. The quaint high street boasts a small selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. Walkers will also enjoy this particularly stunning section of the Anglesey coastal path. We would also recommend heading over to the site of the Porth Wen Brickworks, where you will also pass the ancient Llanbadrig Church. There are also a variety of water sports to try in addition to fishing and pleasure boat trips available just a short walk from the house.

The sitting room is lovely and bright with comfy seating, a wall mounted Smart TV and a wood burning stove. The dining area has a brilliant cushioned window seat to maximise space and a table.

The lovely bright kitchen has doors opening out onto the terrace its well equipped with electric hob and oven, Dishwasher, fridge freezer and a microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate utility area.

There is a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin room with a chest of drawers.

The bathroom contains a shower enclosure with loo, hand basin and underfloor heating.

There is a terraced decked gardens to the rear of the property provides multi-level seating areas overlooking the river. Please note that the lowest level of the garden is not for guests use. There is no allocated parking, but there is a free of charge car park in the village.

The Isle of Anglesey is renowned for its miles of stunning and varied coastline offering wonderful walking and cycling, renowned birdwatching, excellent watersports, fishing and many quality golf courses. The well-known Sea Zoo and a variety of National Trust properties and gardens are all within reach on this beautiful island. A great location offering something for all the family, including even a day trip to Dublin from nearby Holyhead.
