4 The Maltings is situated within a small development of converted malting buildings that have views over Brancaster Staithe and the saltmarsh beyond.

The accommodation is upside down with the sitting room, kitchen and dining area on the first floor to take full advantage of the views. There is a small balcony with table and chairs from which you can soak up the sun and enjoy the big Norfolk skies. The entire first floor has a vaulted ceiling with exposed roof trusses giving a sense of space and light. A large wood burning stove in the centre of the room is a real focal point.

The bedrooms are all downstairs, along with a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a good quality sofa bed, and french doors opening to the rear courtyard, so can be used as either a ‘quiet’ room or to sleep one extra guest. The courtyard is fully enclosed and a real sun trap.

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
