“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Its in a beautiful location. Couldn't ask for a nicer spot. Sitting in the garden each morning looking out to the sea was fabulous. Highly reccomended and I expect we will return.”

“The cottage is very well presented and equipped and has the most beautiful sea views from the patio, enclosed garden and bedroom balcony. It is within very easy walking distance from the sea at the Bonchurch Ventnor embankment. Also an easy walk to Ventnor beach. Roadside parking can be an issue but by taking the shortcut down the steps to Wheelers Bay Car park (Free!) which is only a few minutes walk away basically means parking isn't a problem.”

“WOW what fantastic sea views from bedroom, kitchen and garden. The owners of the cottage have furnished it with good quality items and decorated with care. The bathroom is large and very well equipped with a large walk in shower and an enormous bath great if you have children. The bathroom being downstairs it is not a problem as there is an upstairs toilet. Whist at the cottage we didnt find the onstreet parking too much of a problem and, if no spaces available, the free car park is only a very short distance away.”

“As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay at Buckingham cottage. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which was nice given the current covid situation. The cottage was really well equipped with all the essential modern facilities, the shower was great and the beds were lovely and comfy. We enjoyed the privacy of the garden when Barbequing, and the children enjoyed the spotting unusual insects and a grass snake. We would 100% would recommend”

“Nice house and a good location pleasant walk into Ventnor along sea front. House was well equipped and clean. On street parking could be a problem if you have a party member requiring a wheelchair or buggies etc.We parked in a nearby car park without any problem it's a short walk from the house. We had an enjoyable week at Buckingham and would recommend it as a nice destination.”

“A really lovely cottage. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay would definitely recommend. The smaller bedroom has three beds but not loads of space perfect for our 4 year old and 7 year old, but might not be right for three older children for example. Everything else very spacious. Garden lovely. Worth noting that onstreet parking isn't always available, but there's a public car park 5 minutes walk away.”

“After reading the previous negative feedback, we were concerned if we had made the right decision in booking Buckingham Cottage however we need not to have worried, on entering the cottage it was very clean and fresh looking. We had one slight problem, that the cooker hob was on the lock mode. We contacted Andrew who came and fixed the problem straight away, as for parking we managed to park outside most times however there is a free car park a 3 min walk away. As if you connected your phone through the wifi there is no problem. For people to pick fault just think that they have watched too much "Four in a bed" on TV. Would we return again YES! we most certainly would.”
