“Great break in a very comfortable flat with a delightful conservatory seating area to enjoy eating, drinking or just watching the world go by. Bliss on sunny days especially. Felixstowe is a delightful seaside town very easy to get around, with some good walks to explore. It was also a great jumping off base for trips to other places in Suffolk.”

“Our second stay, and just as good as our first. The location is great, with sea views from the living room, and bedroom, and a cute little sun room, where we enjoyed watching the early winter sunsets with a cuppa. Kitchen a little cramped, and we found the electric hob unresponsive and difficult to work (markings seem to have worn away so you can't tell which plate is which!) But this was a small point, and we would definitely return again. We had a lovely stay, with everything on our doorstep swimming pool, supermarket, sandy beaches, bars, cafes. Excellent location, parking a little tricky due to parked cars on main road, making it difficult to pull out of the car park on occasion. Also, beware no WiFi, but this was actually a plus for us.”

“This little cottage is perfect. Location cleanliness etc. Only problem is lack of WiFi and phone signal. I have stayed there 4 times and will go again. Love it.”

“This was our second visit to Felix Court which I guess says more than a review can! This year(post covid) we had increased noise levels from the pub next door....not just limited to evenings either. However, by 11.00pm everything went quiet. Also, directly in front of the flat is a Carousel.....playing fairgroundorgan music nonstop for 8 or 9 hours a day!!! A lovely thing, but did become irritating after a while!!At home, we live on a busy main road so the noise issue wasn't a major concern to us....but I would guess that it could be for someWould we go back.....YES we would.”

“This was a fabulous place to stay, the apartment itself was lovely and homely, very clean and tidy. Views from the breakfast room out across the sea were wonderful. The location was fantastic, across the road from the beach, a very short walk to the nearest supermarket, and well within walking distance of the town itself. In all a fabulous place and would certainly love to return.”
