“Everything was great. Easy walking on coastal path. Very friendly villagers. Used chip shop, cafe, shop and Llaunroc hotel all excellent. Bus used to get to St Austell and walked back. Parked on car park £35 for the week and never used car. On a personal not bedroom window covering could be better to shut out the light in the morning. Fantastic stay”

“We spent 2 weeks at seacharm and were not disappointed its a beautifully finishedwellappointed house and great location. The beach is just 2 minutes away and the view from the sitting room was fabulous. Gorran Haven itself is a nice place, with a small shop and cafe and perfectly located for walking some of the South West coastal path. Would highly recommend!”

“Lovely cottage in an excellent location. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves on the beach. Very friendly local shop and pop up bar. My very small suggestion for improvement is the directions to reach the cottage. We were looking for the roundabout off the A30 as per the instructions but there was a slip road (that wasn't mentioned in the directions) to actually reach the roundabout so we totally missed the turn off. Otherwise, an excellent stay.”

“Beautiful location and lovely cottage. Couple of issues during our stay dealt with quickly and efficiently by owner and local contact. Would recommend this property unreservedly.”

“We spent a week at Seacharm on honeymoon. It was idyllic. Virtually right on the beach, the views and sound of the sea lapping were so relaxing. Coffee, snacks, fish and chips and beverages are available but for restaurants head to Mevagissey (book in advance) and for supplies go to St Austell.”

“We had a fantastic holiday staying at Sea Charm. The location was perfect and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Stunning views. Easy access to the beach. As long as you can manage a few steep steps. Everything you need supplied, from tea to dishwasher tablets. Spotlessly clean. Only down side is its quite a drive to a decent sized supermarket, but noticed a lot of Asda deliveries.”

“Beautiful outlook from lounge as seen on the website. If you're looking to get away from it all Goran Haven is the place. The downside is the lack of amenities in the village as it is not a place for drinking and eating out without the need to drive. Despite this I would recommend Seacharm”

“We booked the holiday for last June 2020 because of covid we could not go,so we moved it to this June at the same price as we had it booked for in 2020 .We have a good holiday, the wether was good to us .”

“Its hard to add anything here that hasnt been said already. We agree with it all. This was the perfect postlockdown week by the sea. Great, wellequipped cottage with marvellous views, located in a small harbour town. Wonderful walks both up and down the coast in everchanging scenery. Gorran Haven is very quiet; nightlife is eating fish and chips on the harbour wall beside others watching the sun go down. But thats the charm, right”

“The cottage more than lived up to our expectations having seen it on the website. It is spacious and very well appointed. It is ideally situated being just up from the beach overlooking the sea. It provides beautiful views of the sea and coastline and has a sense of privacy by not being directly on the beach. The few shops that the village has to offer provide all that you need and they are literally just around the corner! The owners also provided an appreciated thoughtful welcoming touch in the form of a bottle of wine, milk, tea and coffee. The locals were very welcoming and we had some great chats and laughs with them. All in all, Seacharm and Gorran Haven were delightful and we can't wait to return.”
