This renovated cottage, one of four, converted from a pair of Victorian dwellings with stunning sea views, is ideal for a traditional seaside holiday. Adjacent to the South Cornwall Coastal Path, which leads to some of the most rewarding cliff and beach walks in Cornwall. Picturesque Mevagissey, the Georgian harbour of Charlestown, Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, are easy driving. Shops 50 yards, hotel with bar and restaurant 500 yards.

"Wow, What a cornish gem. Fabulous upside down cosy and warm cottage, overlooking the sea.All modcons provided that we needed for our week away. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for the two of us to fill up the handy dishwasher. We thought the bed was comfy as well.The views.....Stunning to watch the tide and weather change each day. Very peaceful and quiet.We walked to the right hand side, up the steep coastal path and over to beautiful Vault Bay. Well worth the walk until the weather stopped us.Little local shop for essentials is handy with yummy cakes, plus fantastic fish and chips (only open on a Friday during Winter) only around 50 yards away, very friendly staff.We drove to Fistral beach (about 40 mins), Fowey (40 mins) and Mevagissey (10 mins) All nice for a wander and coffee. Lobb's farm shop was nice to meander round when raining.Mobile signal was great for keeping in touch with family.A lovely get away from it all cottage."

"A very lovely cottage and out of season a wonderful quiet retreat for two. The cottage is very well presented and the views are wonderful, I would recommend walking up the path to the right of the harbour to watch the sunrise over the sea. I would definitely recommend staying here it is close enough to st Austell for shops and access to all of Cornwall and yet just far enough out of the way. A delightful stay."

"We wanted somewhere to relax and recharge Seacharm help us both do just that. The welcome pack hit the spot after a long drive. A thoughtful touch were the binoculars. The cottage was clean and better than we expected. The shop/bakery/bar was perfect for our needs. The Barleysheaf pub (1.5 mile walk-10min drive) was friendly and welcoming the Sunday lunch was excellent. The Llawnroc Hotel was 5min walk up Church Street open to non-resident for food and drink. Take a walk along the coastal path to Vault beach ... stunning views.Mevagissey was a 15min drive and worth going to lovely harbour, fresh fish and yummy cream teas.We would definitely go back to this lovely cottage. The locals were very friendly and approachable. No problems with parking we got a spot on the road but there is a big car park with an honesty box."

Full refund - we will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.
Transfer to a later date or different accommodation - subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date or even a new location or accommodation with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference.
Choose an e-voucher to rebook your holiday online - you can request an e-voucher for the amount you have previously paid for your booking. If you choose to cancel on or after your balance due date, then you will need to pay the cancellation charges (according to the number of days before the start of your holiday) as set out in the cancellation charges table which you can find in your booking conditions, as well as any applicable booking fees, admin charges or insurance premiums that you owe.
