Guest Comments

"What can I say, a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. The place was spotless , well equip and love the en-suite in each bedroom (only the small room with no ensuite but there's a separately family bathroom). Only drawback is no Wifi but the 4G signal is very good allowing us to use hot spot. Lots to do in surrounding areas and a short but hilly walk to the pier is nice. For seafood lovers, there's a local guy Ronnie at the pier can supply crabs and lobsters as well as organising fishing/boat trip. Perfect for family of all sizes.."

"This is the best cottage my family has ever stayed in by a long way for scenery and comfort. We saw pubs and restaurants not far away by car but never used them so marked lower. We went 2nd week in May and was extremely lucky with sunny weather, so paying over £1000 for a weeks stay was expensive but felt like summer & worth it. Wouldn't pay vendors price in peak summer time as too expensive. What you get is the most fantastic views across the Loch, and the wildlife to view for free. Golden eagles, fish eagles, dolphins and red deer in the gardens. Slightly isolated for walking although you can walk to the shore, but you have to walk up and out to road and around and down road to the small harbour. Garden is for sheep unless your a mountain goat and try to venture down it but not sure if you could access the shore/harbour. Would be good if you could as its the shortest route. Dogs could have fun if no sheep on property, we kept ours on extender lead all the time. Maybe enclose the property a little to let dogs roam free without bothering livestock. We only had 1 sheep and its lamb while there but unless you have a well behaved dog you couldn't risk it bothering sheep. Everything about the cottage was premier quality, comfy beds, all double bedrooms with ensuite and super power showers plus an additional family bathroom. Would have been nice to have a welcome of some goodies."

"Want to keep it secret, but honesty means we must tell you. This place is great. Stags and Porpoises from the same house! Great wild walks."
