"Beautiful area with really wonderful hosts. Cottage has everything you could possibly need for a first class holiday."

Neville, June 2019

"A cosy and comfortable cottage in a tranquil loch-side location with stunning views"

Barry , June 2019

"We had a wonderful holiday at Cuil View. The cottage is linked to and accessed via a working farm. The proprietors are very welcoming and friendly and we immediately felt at home. We found the property clean and well maintained. It’s secluded with a lawned garden which is itself adjacent to Loch Linnhe and an extensive stony beach. The views over the loch are breathtaking in all weathers (well maybe not fog). We had typically mixed Scottish weather and spent many relaxing hours watching the world go by without always feeling the need to venture elsewhere. We saw a great deal of wildlife on and in the loch, including seals, and a brief glimpse of an otter. There were young owls in the barn during our stay. We suggest having binoculars to hand at all times. We would like to say a big thank you to Christine, Alison, and Ross who work the farm and maintain the holiday accommodations between them. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Andy and Paula"

Paula, June 2019

"Excellent holiday in a wonderful and peaceful setting,"

Jackie, May 2019

"Warm welcome with fresh flowers next to a chocolate Easter-egg in the cottage and a lovely goodbye. The views are simply stunning, as well as the people, who always had time for a talk, and the animals, who always had time for a carrot. The surrounding area, Glen Coe, Fort William, Oban, Kinlochleven,...is varied and beautiful. We will come back for sure!"

Peter, April 2019

"Been in this cottage so many times before - now looking forward to a return visit. Great views, walks, cafes (recommend Crafts & Things at Glencoe). Always a warm welcome."

"This was our tenth stay here so that says it all! The views are superb with a variety of wildlife on the loch. It's so well placed for walking/exploring Glencoe, Lochaber and out to places like Mallaig"

John, October 2018

"An absolutely stunning location. Saw so much wildlife, highlight was otters. Could wish for a better location, value and such a warm and friendly welcome. Will definitely be going again."

Vivienne, October 2018

"What a brilliant place! Went for the week of our 36 th wedding anniversary and woke up to two seals playing in the bay outside the cottage. We walked along the shore and followed them for quite a while before they swam off. If you like peace and quite and lots of wildlife then you will enjoy staying here. Also had a fantastic thunderstorm which we got up to watch as the lightening lit up the mountains and loch to glorious effect. The owners were fabulous, very friendly but left us in peace to enjoy our time. We would highly recommend a visit."

Hawkins, September 2018

"Its perfect in everyway, take plenty of supplies the nearest decent shop is a good drive away. But the cottage is idyllic in everyway changing views every day , we've been twice now in the winter and the summer , there's so much to do and places to go. The wildlife is amazing in everyway from otters seals porpoise buzzards kestrels oyster catchers , lovely owners who are a call away if anything is not right . Its the perfect get away and the cottage is not short of anything ."
