“Had a great time would go back”
— Ronald, 16 May 2022
“A very enjoyable stay in great location. A well equipped, comfortable flat with a lovely sea view and with an excellent Chinese takeaway, less than a minute away. Minor drawbacks, bed, although comfortable, is rather noisy and parking nearby is a bit of a nightmare”
— Andrew, 10 April 2022
“The location is outstanding doubled by being right nearby the Chinese (which was busy because it was so good). Forecasted storms didn't happen which would have made the view to the sea dramatic but beautiful none the less.We slept very well, never cooked for 3 days but the kitchen looked well equipped.”

“A fantastic wee cottage, perfect location with a brilliant view over the Forth. Chinese takeaway across the road and cosy wee pub 1 minute away. Only slight blemish was the bed, which was very squeaky and only accessible from 1 side. Kitchen and toiletshower room had all the amenities that we could have wanted and there were plenty of channels on the TV. I would thoroughly recommend High Tide for a break.”

“Great accommodation in a perfect location. The only downside was the bed, it wasnt very comfortable.”
— Margaret, 5 October 2021
“We wanted a quiet, restful break and that is exactly what we got. We were not looking for amenities, so were not concerned about the distance to shops or that some restaurants were still closed. The Fife coastal path and a day trip to St Andrews provided all the entertainment we needed and the little garden overlooking the sea was a tonic! Location is lovely, with pretty fishing villages in easy reach. We did miss out on the boat trip to the Isle of May as it was booked up during our stay, so if this interests you, book online before you arrive. Only negative would be parking, as the streets are very narrow and any space is at a premium; you may end up a good walk away. All in all though a very pleasant stay in a lovely characterful cottage.”

“We actually have a holiday home along the road from here but as family were visiting we booked this place because it was suitable for two and only three minutes away. Its perfect for two and very comfortable. One small thing is that the supply one toilet roll wasnt satisfactory. A small supply of shampoo shower gel would have been good too. Would recommend though.”

“Great wee cottage well done housekeeping we would highly recommend it. Everything you need is there.”
— Patricia, 18 May 2021
“Late check in and early check out due to current covid situation which is understandable. Flat was spotlessly clean with a Comfortable bed and all you would need in the kitchen although we didnt cook during our stay. Perfectly placed for walking the Fife Coastal Path with views to Bass Rock and the Isle of May in the distance. Only negative comment is that it would have been nice to have had a clearer view from the flat itself but the windows could have done with a wee clean not the end of the world, but the seaview was our man reason for choosing this property.”
