The picturesque coastal town of Swanage lies at the tip of the Isle of Purbeck. There is a popular sandy beach and a great selection of shops, cafes and amusements. Backed by the beautiful Purbeck Hills and a gateway town to the Jurassic Coast, this location offers the best of both worlds, with many walking routes weaving through the landscape and along the cliffs. Attractions include Durlston Country Park, the unspoilt white sands of Studland, and Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins cared for by the National Trust and accessible by steam train from Swanage. Those wishing to get out on the water can enjoy sailing, water skiing, wind surfing and diving, or relax with a boat trip. This second floor apartment sits in a tranquil spot elevated above the town centre. A shared entrance door and stairs lead to the private entrance into the property. A useful cloakroom area is available for coats and shoes adjacent to the door. Once inside, you are met with a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner to your right. Due to the setting within the eaves, this property has areas of restricted head height throughout, which only add to its character and charm. This delightful apartment block is made of traditional Purbeck stone and surrounded by lawned gardens. To the rear of the property, there is off road parking for one vehicle as well as ample additional roadside parking (subject to availability).
