Ideally located in the popular village of St Bees at the start of the Coast to Coast Walk and just a few miles from the Lake District National Park with all the major tourist sites within easy distance. Enjoy walks on the beach or head out to the links golf course with amazing views. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Steam Railway is a 15-inch narrow gauge heritage track and the 7-mile line runs from Ravenglass to Dalegarth Station near Boot in the valley of Eskdale is a short distance away by road or rail. Enter through the main door and you will instantly want to explore this house the lounge is perfect to enjoy a family evening relaxing on the sofas in front of the TV. The contemporary kitchen/diner is the hub of the house and for mealtimes there is an oak dining table and chairs with extra seating around the central island. The kitchen boasts two electric ovens and a hob dishwasher American-style fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor a king-size with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower bath and WC. Head up the oak staircase to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and the twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Outside is the ideal seating area to take in those views or watch the sunsets with a picnic table plus the bonus of a gas BBQ to enjoy on those fine evenings. There is off-road parking for six cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin. 3 bathrooms 2 en suite shower rooms with WC, and 1 en suite bathroom with separate shower, bath, and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV in the lounge. Patio with picnic bench seating and gas BBQ. Travel cot and highchair available.
