Externally, there is a utility room to assist with your washing needs, homing a tumble dryer and a freezer. Moving through the property, relax in the sitting room for the evening in front of the Smart TV, as you sink into the sofa and the electric stove creates a warming ambiance. When sleep calls, head upstairs to the bedroom, home to a plush double bed, magnificent sea views and a convenient shower room where you can prepare for another day of discovering your surroundings. Resting on the shores of the Exe Estuary is the quaint village of Starcross in Devon. The village is home to a number of shops and pubs/restaurants, with boat rides across the estuary to the lovely seaside town of Exmouth. Exmouth is affectionately known as the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, and benefits from two miles’ worth of stunning beach. Exmouth is also popular among watersport enthusiasts, with opportunities for kite surfing, kayaking and windsurfing.
