This apartment is a superb spot to enjoy a lazy morning, with a hot drink in hand, watching the ever-changing colours of the sea and the shadows of clouds serenely marching to the east. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, yet you will probably spend most of your meal times exploring the culinary delights of the town's cafés and restaurants. The proximity (less than 1km) to Penzance Railway Station means that this is one of the few destinations in Cornwall that do not need a car, and the art deco, geothermally heated Jubilee Pool is also within 200m

It is situated on the seafront in Penzance with excellent access to the vast, expansive golden sands that extend around Mounts Bay towards the spectacular St Michaels Mount. Many great destinations close by, including Lands End, Lamorna Cove, the Minack Theatre, St Ives, and Sennen Cove. Within a short drive, you can find many fantastic walks, beaches, and fabulous coastline, steeped with the history of tin mining, wrecking, and smuggling. A holiday here can be as action-packed or as tranquil as you wish. There is always going to be plenty to do come rain or shine. There are fabulous coastal walks and dog-friendly beaches nearby, a wide choice of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. One of the main tourist destinations is the majestic St Michael's Mount with its tidal causeway.

There is a central heating system with radiators. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted cupboards & worktops. There is an electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, under counter fridge with an icebox. There is a washing machine. The sitting room and living room have digital TVs. There is an iron & ironing board and a hairdryer. There is unlimited WiFi.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to provide your beach towels. There is temporary street parking outside the property, which is suitable for loading and unloading. There are long-stay car parks within 200m. No smoking or dogs. Regrettably, there is no room for a cot, so no infants.
