Gallants

Completely self-contained, Gallants is one of three flats in a converted chapel right at the water’s edge with a magnificent, panoramic view over Falmouth’s inner harbour. Just off Church Street, it is conveniently close to restaurants and shops but down a private lane leading to the harbour, therefore quiet and sheltered from the bustle of the town.

It offers a comfortable base for visiting Cornish gardens and beaches, for walking the coastal path or for just relaxing and watching the activity in the harbour (binoculars provided). For car-free days, ferries and boat trips leave from two piers just a ten-minute walk from the flat.

The large living/dining room and the kitchen are open plan, with double doors in the living room opening to a balcony overlooking the full width of the harbour. The kitchen (partial sea view) has integrated appliances – eye-level oven, separate hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer – and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, a double (partial sea view) and a superking, which converts to twin singles if preferred. The bathroom has a full-size bath, very roomy walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. A utility/cloakroom has a second loo and a washing machine.

Heating is by night storage (heaters in all rooms), which we can switch on in advance in cooler weather to ensure the flat is warm and cosy for your arrival.

TV, DVD player, radio, free Wi-Fi and free off-street parking for one car.
