Forming part of the pretty twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss May, this property is in a peaceful spot on the southern bank of the River Yealm. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, fantastic walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, which take in ancient woodland and creeks. Steps from the garden lead to a quiet riverside lane where you can walk or take a seasonal ferry ride across the River Yealm, or for those looking to get even closer to the water, this is a popular destination for sailing, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Prepare and enjoy your meals in the light and airy kitchen/diner, which features a tiled floor and patio door opening onto the balcony. The kitchen area contains an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, with a good sized breakfast table at one end. For evening meals and relaxing, take to the spacious open lounge/dining area which overlooks the water. This open plan lounge/dining area offers a large picture window and door allowing in plenty of natural light and providing access to the balcony, this room is airy and inviting, with a Smart TV, DVD . There is also a table tennis table located beneath the balcony and a handy storeroom for bikes, canoes, fishing and sailing kit.
