Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking (including balcony and car park). Please note: There are steps from the parking area to the apartment.. Dual View, 1 Linden Court is a modern ground floor apartment situated in a central location in the historic fishing town of Brixham. The property is furnished to a high standard and offers amazing sea views, there’s even a pair of binoculars provided for you enjoyment.

Internally, the property is equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing break. The living, kitchen and dining area is bright, open and offers breathtaking views of Brixham’s harbour and out to sea. Externally, the large balcony overlooking the harbour is ideal for al fresco dining. The allocated parking space gives even more ease and comfort to your stay.

The apartment is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes’ walk downhill to the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day!

Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there is an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.

The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to May. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However, there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

 The property will be available from 5pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 9am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities and bed linen and towels.

One allocated parking space available

There is no smoking permitted anywhere at Linden Court, this includes the apartment, balcony and car park.

“This is a lovely apartment with great views over the harbour. We enjoyed breakfast on the wide balcony twice as it is a sun trap in the mornings, not bad for February. We walked some of the coastal path so having a bath to relax in after is so much nicer that a shower and there is parking which is important even in winter months. It's a 5 min walk down to the bars and restaurants in the harbour, 10 mins to get back up. Very happy and hope to return.”

“A lovely flat! Appreciated the homely furnishings as well as the unexpected milk, coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival. The views over the town and harbour are really interesting and theres always something to watch! The parking space immediately outside the flat is a huge asset and one we really appreciated. We also found the laundry room to be a bonus. The walk into town was quick and easy and the walk back up not anything like as bad as expected. It certainly didnt deter us from popping down to the town for one thing or another a fair few times a day.We would certainly return if holidaying again in Brixham.”
