Ideal for couples, The Lodge is an extremely spacious, well-presented wing of the current owner’s own home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s effectively a spacious, one bedroom, semi-detached house with parking, an en-suite shower room, conservatory and small enclosed rear garden, found on the outskirts of the seaside town of Shanklin.

The Lodge is positioned just a 25-minute walk from the picturesque Old Village, Shanklin Theatre and the beach. This highly comfortable holiday home is great for couples, whether it be for a full weeks holiday or a short break. The property is dog friendly too, making it the perfect base for its guests to explore all that the south east side of the Isle of Wight has to offer with your four-legged friends.

There is an off road parking space to the front of the property, however should you ditch the car and come to the Island by public transport, Shanklin can be reached by train fom the mainland and the property also offers bicycle storage. The island has become a real hot spot for cycling enthusiasts, with a choice of challenging off road bridleways, peaceful byways and level purpose-made tracks running along its former railway lines.

Guest are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge an electric car, unless agreed with the owner.

A pre-authorised, refundable security deposit of £150 will be required a week before arrival at the property, no money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
