Situated in the garden, in a quiet position, this 4* Gold AA rated property is located on an AA five gold pennant adults only touring site, with a large seating area with picnic table and chairs, and a barbecue, along with your own colourful patio for relaxing and enjoying the countryside views. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, including underfloor heating in each room. There is a study/snug for those quiet times, and a separate utility room with washing machine. The open plan living/dining room has a 40" HD Smart TV, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large wet room with shower, toilet, heated towel rail, mirror and shaving point, along with luxury toiletries. Soft hand towels, bath towels and mat are provided and can be changed daily on request. There is also a daily cleaning service available (at cost) if required. The property also offers electric vehicle charging and a mobility scooter charging point.

With the beach 4 miles away this is a superb location for anyone wanting a holiday in the heart of the South Hams region of South Devon, close to many wonderful beaches and glorious coastline. The South Hams has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its rolling hills, wooded river valleys, patchwork fields, sandy beaches, a spectacular coastline and small picturesque villages. There are ample opportunities to walk, surf, sail, windsurf and fishing, as well as golf, you will find that practically every sport and outdoor activity is available. A few miles away is Slapton Sands, a 2-mile stretch of pebble beach, with the sea on one side and a fresh water lagoon on the other, making a nature reserve which attracts birds and wildlife. The South Hams enjoys one of the mildest climates in Britain, warmed by the Gulf Stream which makes this area the ideal holiday venue for all ages, all year round. Beach 4 miles. Shop 10 yards, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
