Lower ground floor, steps down to Games Room accessed from patio, table tennis, small snooker table, air hockey (limited headroom 6’2").. Outside: flagged patio to rear. Outside table & chairs. BBQ.

Electric vehicle charging point (at cost, 40p/kwh, charged at end of stay).Parking: for two cars.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

There is a £200 security deposit payable for this property.

Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week plus a £50 security deposit.. A spacious family house, situated in a very convenient position close to the town and car/boat parks. This end of terrace property has parking for two cars and a pretty flagged patio.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

LINEN & TOWELS: Linen and towels will not be provided for any extra beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please do contact us for any further linen or towel requirements. There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office.

Additional charge of £50 for bringing a pet. Smoking Policy: Please kindly note that all of our properties are ‘no smoking’.

Electric vehicle charging point (at cost, 40p/kwh, charged at end of stay).

Security Deposit: A security deposit of £200 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 14 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
