“A lovely modern dog friendly cottage with great outlook with all mod cons. As Arran is a small island theres nowhere thats not within easy reach but its a quiet place so dont go there with an expectation of lots of night life, you wont get it here. Accommodation was excellent with a king size double bed and very cosy (in early March) so no problem or recommending it.”

“A brilliant place to stay, we would definitely stay again. The Stables were very clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location for relaxing. Excellent views over the fields and down to the sea.It has everything you need and nothing you don't. The new bed was very big & comfortable (unlike previous reviews). We didn't have a car on the island but the bus route goes right past the door, and the nearest shop is a 30 min walk not a problem if you come prepared for this.”
