This ground floor apartment, reached via external steps leading down from the car park at the side of the property, is set in the centre of Penally, popular due to its small village feel yet close proximity to Tenby and the surrounding areas. There are a few village pub/restaurants to choose from if you wish to eat out one being a quiet inn is less than 50 metres from the back of the property. Walks from the area are fantastic and Tenby (1 mile) can be reached on foot via the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or by taking the footpath to South Beach and heading along the sand. Alternatively, the town centre can be reached by car. The village of Penally is also served by its own train station, a 150 metre walk from the apartment, offering regular travel into Tenby if you'd prefer to leave the car parked. As you enter the apartment which was fully renovated for the 2023 season, you are welcomed into an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. There is a good size sofa bed to relax on while taking in the sea views, and a Smart TV that it's connected to wifi with BBC iplayer, ITV X, All 4 and My5 available as well as streaming apps (own log in required for pay to view apps). The kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar looking out over the bay so you can enjoy your morning coffee or a light lunch after a walk on the coastal path. A corridor leading off from the lounge leads you to the master suite with a king size bed and built in storage. The bedroom enjoys views over Tenby Golf Club and the sea. To complete the accommodation is the wet room style shower room. Externally, there is a shared lawned garden, mutually used by the other apartment residents. Bench seating has been provided so you can enjoy a drink at the end of day and watch the sunset over the bay. There is a designated parking space provided, and steps down from the parking area to the front door.
