There is also a tastefully decorated double bedroom, adorned with navy blinds and bedding, and offering serene views out to the patio. On the ground floor you will find a sleek, tiled wet room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, providing a refreshing space to prepare for your day. For a unique touch, climb the ladder to the mezzanine floor snug, a perfect hideaway for some quiet reading or simply enjoying the calm and tranquillity. Outside, the property boasts an enclosed garden with a patio, providing a private space to enjoy the outdoors, whether that's with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Pack your beach towels and stroll down to East Wittering Beach, watch the surfers ride the waves, walk along the coast with your furry companion and watch the sunset with your loved one.
