Perfectly positioned above one of Cornwall's most stunning bays, with private parking and a short walk to the beach, this one-bedroom ground-floor contemporary retreat boasts a corner plot within Penreen Apartments, a small development in Carbis Bay. Offering contemporary and well-styled accommodation on the ground floor, with a generous private garden and patio at the side and rear, it’s the perfect base for a couple seeking a Cornish adventure. From the entrance hallway, enter into the light and airy open-plan living concept. Designed for relaxation, dining, and preparing feasts in the well-equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for your stay. Chill on the comfy sofa after a day at the beach and enjoy good food around the dining table whilst you reminisce over the day’s events or plan tomorrow’s fun. The sunroom is an additional space to chill with a book or music, overlooking the garden. The king-size bedroom is welcoming with a super comfy bed, ample storage, TV, and access to the garden. The fully tiled family bathroom offers the choice of a relaxing bath or an invigorating shower. Dine alfresco in the garden, enjoy a morning latte in the sunshine, or a sundowner tipple as the night draws in. Beautiful Carbis Bay Beach is within a short walk, sheltered with golden sand and blue waters for swimming and water sports, with seasonal lifeguards. Ramble the South West coast path, capturing seascapes from the cliff top with distant views of Godrevy Lighthouse. Reach picturesque St Ives from one direction and glorious Gwithian from the other, with a surf school for riding the waves and beach cafes for refreshment. Visit The Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, in St Ives. With four beaches, restaurants, and cafes serving fresh local produce and international cuisine, traditional inns and independent shops and galleries dotted along the cobbled lanes, it makes a great day out. Lowena is perfectly placed for the scenic branch line to St. Ives which also connects to the main line at St. Eryth. Bus connections are right on the doorstep as well.
