“Visited this apartment on a recommendation from a family member who had stayed previously. Loved it, view over the water was lovely. Everything was good, lots of walking trails combined with history can found on Plymouth trail app, I recommend this to help get to know the area. Restaurants in the yard are good with something for everyone to enjoy. Would return again.”

“A really great apartment, well equipped, comfortable and with fabulous views set in beautiful surroundings of the old boat yard. I miss not waking up to these views each morning (now that we are home). Great location for walking (about 25 mins walk to Plymouth Hoe and 35 mins to the Barbican) or alternatively a 20 minute boat ride to a number of other bays at a reasonable price. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others.”

“A lovely place to visit. A really clean and well maintained apartment with sea view. There are plenty of places to dine. A ferry bus for the short journey to either the Barbican and onwards to Cawsand or Mount Edgecombe. Nothing to fault, had a perfect break away.”

“Great apartment in a fantastic location. It was a slight shame that there wasnt a reasonable sized food shop in the area, this we had to travel to by car. But aside from that theres loads to see and do within a short walkdrive. A great base to explore Plymouth and the surrounding area.”
